Reworked Clothing Fit & Care Guide

Use actual garment measurements to choose your reworked clothing or pre-owned band tee. Tagged sizes vary between brands, and an altered garment can fit differently from its original size.

How to compare your fit

  1. Choose a similar shirt, jacket or pair of pants that fits the way you want.
  2. Lay it flat without stretching the fabric.
  3. Compare the same measurements with those on the product listing. Shoulder width is not the same measurement as chest width.
  4. For tops, check length as well as width. For jeans and shorts, check the listed waist and length.

If a measurement you need is missing, ask us before ordering. Do not estimate a missing chest or waist measurement from a shoulder measurement.

What does one of a kind mean?

Reworked pieces start with individual secondhand garments. Patch placement, original fabric, wear and fit can vary. The photos and details on each listing describe that garment. A sold-out piece may not be available again in the same form.

Check condition before buying

Pre-owned clothing can show signs of use. Read the description and look through all photos for any noted fading, staining, holes or other wear. Contact us if you need a closer look at a detail.

Caring for reworked pieces

Start with the original garment's care label. Added patches, prints, dyes and mixed fabrics may need extra care. If the label is missing or the right washing method is unclear, ask us about that specific piece before washing. Avoid ironing directly over a printed design.

Build your outfit

Browse reworked flannels and jackets for layers, band tees for your base, or upcycled pants and shorts. Read our refund policy and shipping policy before ordering.
