Thank you for shopping with us! Below is our official Shipping Policy to help you know what to expect when placing an order.
1. Processing Time
- We aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Carrier
We ship all orders through USPS.
3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
USPS delivery estimates after your order has shipped:
- USPS First Class Mail: 3–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
- USPS Priority Express: 1–2 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items, shipping option selected, and delivery location.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the USPS system.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Delays caused by address errors
- Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses
If an order is returned, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by USPS, it is considered delivered.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Delays caused by USPS
If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting USPS directly or opening a missing mail claim. We will do our best to assist.
8. International Shipping (If applicable)
We currently only ship within the United States.
